Job summary

PADEL+ is Hong Kong’s first and most exciting padel club seeking a friendly Club Host to be the welcoming face at reception and cafe operations. You will greet players, handle inquiries, bookings, check-ins, and cashier duties while keeping the venue tidy and inviting.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, sports clubs, or retail preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese.
• Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet players and visitors warmly.
• Answer calls and manage inquiries (online and offline).
• Handle bookings, member check-ins, and front desk support.
• Cashier duties and POS transactions.
• Prepare and serve foods and beverages; maintain café and shop areas.
• Restock supplies and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Set up facilities for events and coordinate with academy team.
