All-Link Air and Sea Company Limited is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor in Hong Kong to oversee inquiries and quotations for airfreight and seafreight, coordinating bookings with internal teams and overseas agents. The role emphasizes organized, detail-oriented work and strong communication in English and Mandarin.

The ideal candidate brings freight forwarding know-how, proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, and a track record in customer/agent management.

Formación

• 4 years or more experience in the freight forwarding industry, with airfreight and ocean freight knowledge.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in customer/agent management.
• Good English and Mandarin with strong communication skills.
• An organized and detail-oriented person.

Responsabilidades

• Follow up with internal Sales Reps and Overseas agents' inquiries and quotations, both Airfreight and Seafreight.
• Coordinate orders/bookings/shipments with both internal team and overseas agents.
• Handle other projects and tasks as assigned by the manager.
