Job summary

A logistics company based in Hong Kong is looking for a Freight Service Senior Supervisor to ensure safe and timely operations at airside and landside. Candidates must have a secondary or tertiary education, with at least 5 years of relevant experience and a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role. Proficiency in English and Chinese is required, alongside good skills in Microsoft Office. The position entails shift duties and knowledge of IATA regulations is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience with at least 3 years supervisory experience.
• IATA training certificate holder is an advantage.
• Willing to perform shift duty.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate airside and landside handling with ground service providers.
• Supervise parties to ensure timely and safe operations.
• Process final checks for accuracy of post-flight documentation.
• Participate with eAWB project coordination efforts.

Skills

Good command of spoken and written English

Good command of spoken and written Chinese

Supervisory experience

Experience in cargo ground operation

Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel
