QLI Impact is seeking a Founder’s Associate in Hong Kong to help grow the Wishing Well community and turn early ideas into tangible actions. You will own product growth experiments, run engagement programs, and work closely with the Founder to scale user adoption across the platform.

Ideal candidates are early-career, curious, and fast learners with a passion for consumer apps, AI, and behavioral psychology.

Qualifications

• Early-career welcome; no years-of-experience required.
• Strong interest in consumer apps, behavioral psychology and AI.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end user flow improvements from sign-up to repeat usage.
• Launch features and programs to boost daily retention and engagement.
• Gather user feedback and translate into actionable product tweaks.
• Support the Founder by managing projects from concept to launch.
