Job summary

QLI Impact is seeking a Founder’s Associate in Hong Kong to help grow the Wishing Well community and turn early ideas into tangible actions. You will own product growth experiments, run engagement programs, and work closely with the Founder to scale user adoption across the platform.

Ideal candidates are early-career, curious, and fast learners with a passion for consumer apps, AI, and behavioral psychology.

About QLI Impact

At QLI, we build technology that turns everyday kindness into practical action. Our core product, Wishing Well, lets individuals share genuine wishes or needs while our community—supported by AI—responds with real-world help. Through earlier initiatives like Play for Good, we’ve already engaged ~200 participants and raised nearly HK$90,000 for impactful causes.

We are looking for a high-initiative, curious Founder’s Associate to work directly alongside our Founder, Ken, to drive product growth, test engagement initiatives, and scale our community.

What You’ll Do

You’ll take direct ownership of turning early-stage ideas into execution:

• Optimize User Flows: Refine and improve the end-to-end user journey across sign-ups, wish posting, offer matching, and repeat platform usage.
• Drive Engagement & Growth: Formulate and launch features and community programs designed to encourage daily user retention.
• Gather User Insights: Speak with users regularly, translate feedback into actionable product tweaks, and test acquisition channels.
• Founder Support: Take key operational and strategic tasks off the Founder's plate, managing projects from concept to completion.

We prioritize character, passion, and learning speed over years of formal experience. Early-career professionals, recent graduates, and career-switchers are welcome (coding skills are not required).

Location: Hong Kong

Commitment: Three days per week, at least two in person with Founder Ken

Contract: Initial two-month paid contract, with the possibility of extension

Compensation: Competitive monthly compensation offered
