Job summary

Peak 21, a multi-brand D2C operator with offices in Hong Kong, seeks an early-career self-starter to work directly with the founder on events, sourcing trips, product support, and heavy admin. You will gain exposure to deal flow, brand scaling, and Asia supply chain dynamics while contributing to high-leverage projects.

Ideal candidates are recent graduates or with 0–2 years of experience, highly organized, and fluent in English.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or 0–2 years experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and high ownership with ability to deliver.
• Fluent written and verbal English; Mandarin/Cantonese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own special projects from brief to completion (events, launches, meetings).
• Coordinate and execute Asia-focused sourcing trips (logistics, meetings, samples).
• Support product development workstreams: research, vendor coordination, timeline updates.
• Handle high-priority personal and professional admin for the founder with discretion.
