You will attend meetings, help prepare materials, and coordinate calendars and travel, gaining direct exposure to deal-making and strategic conversations.

The role requires 1-3 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in executive support or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.
• Willingness to travel and attend events.
• Immediate availability preferred.
• Strong commercial mindset is valued.

Responsabilités

• Accompany the Founder to meetings and client pitches, providing support and capturing key points.
• Track post-meeting action items, manage client updates, and maintain relationships with potential partners.
• Help prepare compelling decks, proposals, and materials for commercial discussions.
• Coordinate the Founder's calendar and travel logistics for domestic and international trips.
• Screen inquiries to optimize the Founder’s time and handle ad-hoc tasks.
