RedotPay is seeking a highly motivated Partnerships Operations Executive in Hong Kong to coordinate partner onboarding, manage day-to-day communication, and maintain documentation. You will work with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and support the growth of FIBD initiatives.

This entry-level role focuses on hands-on execution while requiring sharp attention to detail, strong relationships with regulators, and effective collaboration with product and legal teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fintech, payments, banking experience, including senior leadership roles.
• Deep expertise in local financial regulations and compliance (payments/fintech).
• Proven success in business development, strategic partnerships, and scaling operations.
• Strong background in brand management, marketing, and public relations.
• Established network with banks, regulators, payment providers, and industry leaders.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the local director, ensuring full adherence to regulatory and legal requirements.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local regulators, policymakers, and financial industry bodies.
• Oversee licensing applications and renewals, working closely with the Legal team.
• Guarantee all operations comply with local laws and company policies.
• Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with banks, payment processors, and financial institutions.
• Collaborate with the Product team to optimize payment channel integrations and performance.
• Nurture relationships with existing partners drive long-term collaboration and growth.
