Job summary

RedotPay is seeking a foundational Legal team member on Hong Kong Island to support the Regulatory Counsel and Company Secretary. You will own end-to-end handling of law-enforcement and regulatory RFIs, and provide essential administrative legal support to the wider team.

Qualifications

• A graduate degree from a reputable university.
• 1–2 years of experience in private practice, in-house legal/compliance, or regulated financial-services / fintech.
• Prior exposure to law-enforcement requests, RFIs, KYC/KYB processes, regulatory correspondence or legal administration is a strong advantage. Experience in payments or crypto is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Log and process incoming regulatory RFIs; maintain case folders.
• Conduct authenticity checks on requesting officers and agencies; verify with public sources.
• Prepare holding replies when documentation is incomplete or not in English.
• Locate users via Compliance Platform and Sumsub; extract KYC data and related records.
• Consolidate findings and respond to the requests.
• Maintain matter trackers, calendars and status logs for ongoing workstreams.
• Draft routine correspondence and templates under supervision.
• Assist with general administrative tasks including payments and external counsel coordination.
