Job summary

Automated Systems (HK) Ltd is seeking a Helpdesk Support/IT Engineer for the Financial Sector. The role provides Level 1-2 desktop and deskside support for Windows, M365, and mobile devices, with proactive monitoring of bank networks, servers, and security infrastructure.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or higher in Computer Science or IT, with 1-2 years of IT Helpdesk experience, and a proactive, service-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Computer Science or IT equivalent.
• 1-2 years of IT Helpdesk support experience.
• Willing and capable to learn new technology.
• Good interpersonal skills and can-do service attitude.
• Proactive attitude on problem-solving.
• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Immediately available is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1-2 desktop and deskside support for Windows, M365, and mobile devices.
• Proactively monitor bank network performance, servers, and security infrastructure.
• Configure, install, and maintain computers, peripherals, and software applications.
• Identify and resolve network, hardware, and application issues, escalating to vendors or senior management when necessary.
• Maintain secure, updated IT environments and ensure data protection.
• Set up, deploy, and maintain user accounts, workstations, and laptops.
