Job summary

Seamatch Asia Limited in Hong Kong is hiring for a Level One Helpdesk Support / System Administrator to deliver deskside support and basic system administration within a banking/financial services context. You will handle setup, troubleshooting, and user assistance across desktops and applications.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in IT/CS and 1–2 years’ deskside experience, with strong Windows, AD and network troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• Deskside IT support experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, Active Directory and network connectivity.
• Able to support high-pressure users and communicate effectively under time-sensitive conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 deskside support including setup, installation, deployment, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and applications.
• Address and resolve incidents and service requests related to desktops, laptops, and applications.
• Maintain and track inventory of IT assets.
• Document issues, resolutions, and processes in the ITSM platform.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless technology operations.
