Job summary

REAP Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead group reporting and consolidation across multiple entities. You will coordinate end-to-end processes, ensure accuracy, and deliver audit-ready statements for the group.

You will manage and develop the reporting team, set policy, drive improvements, and collaborate with auditors across jurisdictions, leveraging IFRS expertise and data-driven processes to support fast, compliant decision-making.

Qualifications

• CPA (or equivalent) qualified with 7–10+ years in financial reporting and group consolidation.
• Strong IFRS technical accounting knowledge and ability to set group policy for complex transactions.
• Experience mentoring finance staff, delegating, and reviewing work to develop juniors.
• Hands-on experience with intercompany eliminations, IAS 21 currency translation, and multi-level consolidation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate group reporting and consolidation end-to-end across entities to close accurately and on schedule.
• Lead and develop the business-line reporting team, ensuring consistency in methodology and quality.
• Own consolidation workpapers, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and tiered consolidation structures.
