Job summary

Valuable Capital Limited is seeking an entry-level Operations Assistant in Hong Kong to support client onboarding, account maintenance, and compliance-related projects. You will help with fund in/out processes and prepare daily operation work for the department.

The role requires a degree or higher diploma, 0–1 year of relevant experience, and strong MS Office and language skills (Cantonese, Mandarin, English). The position offers a 4–5 day workweek and potential long-term cooperation.

Qualifications

• Degree holder or higher diploma or above.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience in operation, preferably in finance.
• Able to work independently as well as be a team player.
• Proficiency in MS Office; written and spoken English & Chinese Word Processing.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in client onboarding, account maintenance, and compliance-related projects, Fund in/out process.
• Prepare daily operation work for related Department Members.
• Assist any ad-hoc duties as required.
