Delken Group Limited, a leading high-tech electronics company, seeks a Field Service Engineer in Hong Kong to support B2B clients and field operations. The role involves product support, QA, training, and technical reviews, with emphasis on delivering quality reports and assisting in beta testing.

You will liaise with teams to ensure product quality and field performance. Qualifications include electronics diploma, 1 year experience, knowledge of CTV/AV/Home Appliance products, and proficiency

Competenze

• Diploma or above in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in product supporting.
• Basic knowledge in CTV/AV/Home Appliance product.
• Proficient in PC skills (MS Excel and PowerPoint).
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
