Job summary

Qualifications
- Diploma or above in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year experience in product supporting.
- Basic knowledge in CTV/AV/Home Appliance product.
- Proficient in PC skills (MS Excel and PowerPoint).
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Responsibilities
- Prepare quality reports and product enhancement requests to headquarter.
- Participate in technical training, QA and beta testing activities.
- Assist in new products technical support and deliver reviews.
- Analyze and evaluate product quality and field performance.
- Prepare and review the technical materials.
- Participate in product presentations and demonstrations, provide technical support and deliver reviews.
- Monitor the performance of third party service providers and repair services.
- Support B2B projects.
