Job summary

Swing Consulting Ltd. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to lead on-site IoT deployments, install and test equipment, and ensure smooth handover to operations across customer sites.

The role requires at least 3 years in IoT deployments or field engineering, a diploma or higher in a related technical field, strong TCP/IP and IoT protocol knowledge (MQTT, HTTP, CoAP), and fluent English and Cantonese.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in electronics, electrical engineering, IT, or related technical discipline.
• At least 3 years in IoT deployments, systems integration, or field engineering.
• Hands-on hardware troubleshooting, device replacement and commissioning.
• Strong TCP/IP and IoT protocols knowledge (MQTT, HTTP, CoAP).
• Experience with asset tagging and mobile commissioning tools.
• Knowledge of CIC 4S requirements or construction industry compliance preferred.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Cantonese.
