You will collect field data, prepare quality reports, and drive product improvements.

The role requires 1–3 years in product support, strong data analysis with Excel, and fluency in English, Chinese, and Putonghua to liaise with HQ and service partners.

Qualifikationen

• Higher Diploma or above in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in product supporting.
• Basic knowledge in White Goods products.
• Good data analysis skills in Excel.
• Fluent in English, Chinese and Putonghua.
