Job summary

Gfi World is seeking a Service Engineer (Medical Device) to join the team. The role involves installing and maintaining medical devices, providing technical advice, and troubleshooting within the Hong Kong market.

Candidates should have a degree in Electronic/Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering and 1-2+ years of engineering experience with complex machinery. Fresh graduates are welcome. Strong communication skills and proactive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years+ engineering experience with complex machines; fresh graduates welcome.
• Self-motivated with good interpersonal and innovative mind-set; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide instrument installation and maintenance, technical advice, consultation & troubleshooting within HK Market.
• Complete service documentation according to the company's specification and service contract requirements.
• Site readiness check and install new equipment.
• Maintain spare part inventory, test equipment, tools and technical data documentation.
• Enhance, debug and upgrade existing products.

Your role:

• Provide instrument installation and maintenance, technical advice, consultation & troubleshooting within HK Market
• Complete service documentation according to the company's specification and requirement of service contract
• Site readiness check and install new equipment
• Properly maintain spare part inventory, test equipment, tools and technical data documentation
• Enhance, debug and upgrade of existing products

Requirements:
