• 5 years' relevant experience in technical support on mobile devices and/or network.
• Strong project management and attention to detail.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical project from pre-sales to End of Life, including maintenance upgrades.
• Coordinate with Test and R&D teams to drive service quality and user experience; manage launch schedules.
• Technical account management with mobile network operators; manage acceptances of new products.
• Plan, manage, and execute QA field tests for new products and services.
• Execute test cases and troubleshoot issues in live networks; consolidate daily test reports and statistics.
• Partner with mobile network operators to deploy new technologies to market.
• Ensure quality of mobile services launched meet internal and external expectations.
• Manage specifications and technical requirements of new products.
• Provide technical support to business units and CS team.

• Responsible for technical project management of smart device products from pre-sales to EOL (End of Life), including regular products' maintenance upgrades after-sales
• Work closely with Test teams and R&D teams to drive for the best in class in service quality and user experience; manage and meet the launch schedules of new smart device products and services
• Responsible for technical account management with mobile network operators, and manage technical acceptances of new smart device products
• Plan, manage, and execute QA field test of new smart device products and services
• Execute test cases and trouble-shoot issues in live networks; consolidate daily test reports and statistics

Requirements:

• Good problem solving and debugging skills
