EcoCeres in Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Manager, Feedstock Operations to ensure efficient feedstock logistics, including shipping coordination, docs, inventory monitoring and ERP optimization. You will support CIF/FOB trade and minimize demurrage risks while enhancing data visibility for decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business administration or related field.
• 3–5 years' experience in feedstock/logistics, trading operations or supply chain.
• Strong Excel and analytical/reporting capabilities.
• Experience with ERP, trading platforms or inventory systems is a bonus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CIF and FOB operations with contract terms compliance.
• Coordinate orders, shipment schedules, berthing plans and timelines.
• Verify cargo readiness, quantities and specs with suppliers.
• Liaise with suppliers and surveyors for inspections and quality.
• Provide complete docs to finance for timely payments.
• Support in-tank handling and cargo transfers with terminals.
• Ensure procurement docs meet controls and audit needs.
• Handle shipping docs: BL, LOI, insurance, demurrage records.
• Monitor vessel turnaround and demurrage exposure.
• Develop reports to track operations and inventory analyses.
• Drive process improvement and data management initiatives.
• Assist in system implementations and reporting automation.
• Collaborate on contract management and vendor onboarding.
