Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Organise and maintain staff schedules for smooth daily operations.
• Plan and coordinate delivery schedules to meet customer timelines.
• Oversee warehouse activities including stock movement and order fulfilment.
• Track and manage inventory to ensure accuracy and availability.
• Support process improvements to optimise operational efficiency.
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues promptly.
• Assist in preparing operational reports and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Ensure daily and weekly KPIs are met.
