Job summary

ADECCO is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor in Hong Kong to lead daily operations across multiple distribution centers. You will oversee replenishment shipments, cross-docking, and last-mile delivery from the Hong Kong warehouse, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in FMCG warehousing, strong SAP and Microsoft Office skills, and are fluent in Cantonese with Mandarin and English. Travel to Greater Bay Area may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• At least 5 years of experience in warehouse management.
• Knowledge of Greater Bay Area Free Trade Zone operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate replenishment shipments.
• Optimize warehouse layout, fulfillment flow, and inventory management processes.
• Manage relationships with logistics partners, couriers, and warehousing providers.
• Govern compliance and quality standards across all warehouses.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements.
• Lead daily and weekly meetings with the operational team and service providers.
• Monitor logistics KPIs and provide reports with improvement recommendations.
• Set expectations with 3PL partners and monitor performance against standards.
