Job summary

EcoCeres Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager, Feedstock Operations to ensure efficient feedstock logistics, including shipping coordination, documentation, and inventory monitoring. You will support ERP implementation, drive cost optimization, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

The role emphasizes data visibility for decision-making, process improvements, and risk minimization in demurrage and documentation while maintaining compliance and timely payments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Admin, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in feedstock operations, commodity trading, logistics or supply chain.
• Proficient with Excel; strong analytical and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CIF/FOB operations and contract terms.
• Coordinate with suppliers on orders, shipment schedules, berthing plans and delivery timelines.
• Verify cargo readiness, quantities and specs; liaise for inspections and quality.
• Provide documentation to finance for timely payments and audit readiness.
• Develop and enhance reports for inventory and operations performance.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
