Job summary

Synergis Management Services Limited in Hong Kong seeks an energetic Site-In-Charge to lead on-site operations for a high-end property portfolio. You will unify security, cleaning, housekeeping, front-of-house reception and transport to ensure flawless service continuity and client satisfaction.

The role requires a related degree with CIH or HKIH membership or a Property Management Practitioner Licence, plus a track record of ten years in facilities management, including six in a supervisory

Qualifications

• Degree in Property Management or related discipline with professional membership (CIH/HKIH) or equivalent.
• Property Management Practitioner Licence (Tier 1).
• Ten years of facilities management experience, at least six years in a managerial/supervisory capacity, with responsibility for cleaning and security services.
• Previous managerial experience in high-end commercial buildings, luxury residential properties or government/public sector environments is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; Putonghua is a distinct advantage.

• Executed complex venue setup and furniture arrangements as requested by clients.
• Conducted regular audits and presented data-backed recommendations to client leadership for improvement.
• Compiled and delivered metric-rich operational reports translating performance data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Steered all on-site operations as the designated Site-In-Charge, holding full P&L accountability and end-to-end ownership over daily service delivery, resource allocation and overall site performance metrics.
• Served as the primary executive point of contact for clients, proactively cultivating trusted, long-term advisory relationships through consistent stakeholder engagement and a deep understanding of their evolving business needs.
• Directed and unified diverse on-site service teams including security, cleaning, housekeeping, front of house reception and executive transport to orchestrate cohesive workflows and guarantee flawless, uninterrupted service continuity across all touchpoints.
• Executed complex venue conversion and setup, arranging furniture and equipment according to client request.
• Conducted regular, systematic audits of public and high-traffic areas to preemptively identify service gaps and aesthetic improvement opportunities; formulated and presented high-impact, data-backed recommendations to client leadership for strategic review and implementation.
• Compiled and delivered comprehensive, metric-rich operational reports to client on a scheduled basis, translating complex performance data and key performance indicators into clear, actionable insights that informed strategic decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Holds a degree in Property Management, Housing Management, Building Management or related discipline with corporate membership of the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) or the Hong Kong Institute of Housing (HKIH) or equivalent; or
• Holds a Property Management Practitioner Licence (Tier 1);
• Possesses an aggregate of no less than ten years of facilities management experience of which at least six years have been served in a managerial or supervisory capacity, with dedicated responsibility for the planning, quality assurance and performance oversight of cleaning and security services.
• Previous managerial experience in high-end commercial building, luxury residential properties or government/public sector environment is highly preferred.
• Demonstrates a mature and professional demeanor, sound independent decision-making capabilities and excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage effectively with senior management and key corporate decision-makers.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is a distinct advantage.
