Job summary

Synergis Management Services Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an energetic Assistant Property Manager to oversee daily property management operations and lead a small team.

The ideal candidate holds a property management degree, PMP Tier 1, and has 5+ years of relevant experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role, fluent in English and Chinese. Immediate availability and alternate Saturday off are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree holder or above in property management or related disciplines.
• Membership of CIH/HKIH or other recognized professional bodies preferred.
• PMP License (Tier 1) is mandatory.
• 5 years+ relevant property management experience; at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
• Immediate availability highly preferred.
• Alternate Saturday off is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee property management operations.
• Supervise a team delivering quality services to clients.
• Ensure compliance with applicable ordinances and regulations.
• Attend Owners' Committee meetings and maintain relationships.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal parties.
• Handle ad hoc assignments as required.

• Manage and oversee the operations of property management services;
• Supervise a team to provide quality property management services to clients;
• Ensure compliance with relevant ordinance and regulations;
• Attend Owners' Committee meetings and maintain a good relationship with the committees;
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal parties;
• Handle ad hoc assignments as required;
• Perform related internal audit in different aspects including ISO, safety and security, etc.

Requirements
