Job summary

Synergis Management Services Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Facility Officer to oversee daily service delivery at contract venues and lead a qualified team to ensure quality management. The role involves independent daily operations, issue resolution, and close coordination with LPMSL to meet contractual requirements.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree, 3 years in property/car park management with supervisory experience, and a property management license.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Business, Property/Housing Management, Transport/Logistics Management or related discipline
• 3 years' experience in property and/or car park management with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Holder of Property Management Practitioner Tier 1 or Tier 2 License
• Valid Driving License is an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Immediately available is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily delivery of the Services at the designated Contract Venue.
• Form and lead a team with appropriate qualifications to deliver quality management services.
• Act as the team leader and liaison officer for open communication with LPMSL.
• Monitor performance to ensure contractual requirements are met.
• Address and resolve day-to-day issues or concerns.
• Work independently on daily operational matters, e.g., incidents and complaints.
• Ensure income remittance accuracy.
• Be familiar with the operation environment of the Contract Venues.
• Escalate issues related to Services to Account Manager and LPMSL.
• Monitor implementation of LPMSL-approved measures.
• Prepare and submit regular reports to LPMSL.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily delivery of the Services at the designated Contract Venue.
• Form and lead the team consisting of dedicated members of staff with appropriate qualifications and experience to deliver quality management services to the Contract Venues assigned.
• Act as the team leader and liaison officer for the team to maintain open and effective communication with LPMSL.
• Monitor the performance of the team and ensure all the Services provided meet the contractual requirements.
• Address and resolve any day-to-day issues or concerns raised.
• Work independently to handle daily operational matters, e.g. incidents and complaint handling.
• Ensure income remittance accuracy.
• Be familiar with the operation environment of the Contract Venues assigned.
• Escalate any issues related to the Services timely to Account Manager and LPMSL.
• Monitor the implementation of suggestions/measures required by LPMSL.
• Prepare and submit regular reports required to LPMSL.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business, Property/Housing Management, Transport/Logistics Management or related discipline
• Possesses with 3 years' experience in property and/or car park management in which with minimum of 1 year managerial / supervisory role, with experience working at carpark management is advantageous
• Holder of Property Management Practitioner Tier 1 or Tier 2 License
• Possesses with a valid Driving License is an advantage
• Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Immediately available is highly preferred
