Job summary

Synergis is seeking an Assistant Facility Manager in Hong Kong to lead daily operations across security, cleaning and customer services, and to coach in-house staff for service excellence.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor degree or above, has at least 4 years of full-time property/facility management experience, speaks Cantonese, English and Mandarin, and possesses good MS Office skills; work location is Tsuen Wan.

Assistant Facility Manager

We are looking for an energetic professional with firm commitment to excellence to fill the post of Assistant Facility Manager.

Responsibilities

• To handle the daily operation including monitoring duty team include , Security, Cleaning, Customer Services;
• To coach and supervise the performance of in-house staff;
• To handle clients’ enquiries, requests and complaints; and
• To provide customer service to visitors.

Requirements

• Have a bachelor degree or above; obtained Level 2 or equivalent or above in five subjects in HKDSEE or HKCEE;
• At least 4 years' full-time working experience in property/ facility management;
• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
• Good PC knowledge in MS Office; and
• Work Location: Tsuen Wan.
