Job summary

Synergis seeks an energetic property management professional to lead the day-to-day operation of a property or properties in Hong Kong. You will manage budgets, service standards, and maintenance, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and compliance with relevant regulations.

You will supervise a team, maintain good relationships with owners and tenants, and coordinate cleaning, security, and other services.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in property management or related disciplines.
• Well versed in Building Management Ordinance, especially in relating to the structure of the organization of Owners Incorporation.
• 2 - 3 years solid experience in property management.
• Holder of PMP (Tier 2) License is advantage.
• Well experienced in using computer software, including Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of the day-to-day operation and management of a property or properties, including budget preparation and control, service standard and property maintenance, etc.
• Supervise a team in the daily management duties to ensure meeting with requirements of clients.
• Maintain a good relationship with owners/tenants and Owners' Committee/ Corporation ensuring their needs are taken care of. including cleaning and security team
• Ensure compliance with relevant ordinance and regulations.
• Monitor the performance of maintenance, security and cleaning teams, etc.
• Perform related internal audit in different aspects including ISO, safety and security, etc.
