Job summary

Synergis seeks an energetic property management professional to lead the day-to-day operation of a property or properties in Hong Kong. You will manage budgets, service standards, and maintenance, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and compliance with relevant regulations.

You will supervise a team, maintain good relationships with owners and tenants, and coordinate cleaning, security, and other services.

Qualifications

Diploma or above in property management or related disciplines.
Well versed in Building Management Ordinance, especially in relating to the structure of the organization of Owners Incorporation.
2 - 3 years solid experience in property management.
Holder of PMP (Tier 2) License is advantage.
Well experienced in using computer software, including Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing.

Responsibilities

Take charge of the day-to-day operation and management of a property or properties, including budget preparation and control, service standard and property maintenance, etc.
Supervise a team in the daily management duties to ensure meeting with requirements of clients.
Maintain a good relationship with owners/tenants and Owners' Committee/ Corporation ensuring their needs are taken care of. including cleaning and security team
Ensure compliance with relevant ordinance and regulations.
Monitor the performance of maintenance, security and cleaning teams, etc.
Perform related internal audit in different aspects including ISO, safety and security, etc.
