Links International seeks a Technical Services Engineer for Premium Workplace Portfolio to oversee daily operation and maintenance of critical facilities, coordinating with vendors and contractors to ensure top performance across 24/7 environments.

The role requires a Bachelor degree in related disciplines, 6+ years of facilities management, and fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin, with a proactive, hands-on mindset and a strong ownership ethic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical or related disciplines.
• 6+ years facilities management, technical maintenance in workplace or 24/7 environments.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Proactive, hands-on team player with ownership and continuous learning mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation and maintenance of critical facilities systems.
• Manage external vendors, contractors and service providers.
• Ensure facilities performance meets operational and service standards.
• Coordinate engineering projects, upgrades and improvement initiatives.
• Support business continuity and infrastructure reliability.
• Participate in emergency response and on-call support when required.
