Job summary

Global InsuranceCompany in Hong Kong is seeking a Sr. Officer, Facility and Technical Services to provide technical and facility support for HQ and Branch offices. You will work with Property Management and 3rd party vendors to ensure smooth operations and provide services to executives.

Responsibilities

Sr. Officer, Facility and Technical Services

Our clients is one of a Global InsuranceCompany,they are currently looking fora high calibre to fill up above positions for their HK subsidiary company.

Job Duties:

The prime function is to provide technical and facility support for HQ Office Permise + Branch Sales Office. Working with Property Management and 3rd Party Vendor to ensure office facilities smooth operations.

The position involves a high degree of exposure, working sometimes with executive management and managing directors to provide services below :

• i. Separately setup facility for VIPs
• ii. Advanced fault finding and troubleshooting
• iii. Incident management including "Escalate, raise and update incidents"
• iv. Carry out proactive health checks
• v. Service continuity support including preparation for a restoration of service from Power Downs, Black Building Exercises and other planned or unplanned Business Continuity Management activities
• vii. Provide regular feedback on communication issues and service improvements
• viii. Assist the oversight of renovative project throughout the whole course of the project and to ensure the project is delivered on track & with highest accuracies.
• ix. Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities performed by technicians and contractors
• Co-ordinate and follow through with users, contractors, suppliers and designers to suffice the renovation requirement of Senior Manager.
• Ensure that the contractors/suppliers execute the site work construction according to the user requirements and renovation schedule with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

At least 5+ years working experience in Commercial Building Services
