Job summary

3M HEALTHCARE is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee a broad portfolio and lead cross-functional teams across multiple locations in Hong Kong. You will manage vendors, negotiate contracts, monitor KPIs, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while driving cost efficiency.

The role requires strong English and Chinese communication, plus hands-on experience with SOP updates, lease administration, and ESG initiatives in a corporate real estate setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities management experience in financial institutions or corporate real estate.
• Experience managing an office space portfolio across multiple locations.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with internal clients, suppliers, landlords, and project teams.
• Oversee procurement, contracts, and KPI/SLAs with compliance.
• Update site SOPs and ensure health, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate day-to-day facilities operations (repairs, cleaning, mailroom, pantry, AV, security, telecom).
• Supervise sub-team performance with coaching and training.
• Assist lease administration and space planning.
• Support ESG initiatives and sustainability reporting.
• Assist budgeting, cost tracking, and cost-saving recommendations.
• Support business continuity and emergency response, plus ad-hoc tasks.
