Job summary

Savills Property Management Limited is seeking a high-caliber Senior Manager/Manager for its onsite commercial operations in Hong Kong. The role involves leading property and facility services, budget oversight, and risk management while coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in building/facility management, PMP Tier 1, and fluency in English and Chinese; local licensing is advantageous. This is a client-facing, pressure-driven leadership position.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in relevant disciplines or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 8 year’s relevant experience in building or facility management.
• Holding a valid PMP Tier 1 license is required.
• Knowledge of Building Management Ordinance, DMC and related ordinances.
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal skills and able to work independently and under pressure.
• Proficient in MS applications with good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Valid Hong Kong Estate Agents License will be a definite advantage.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Manager.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the general property management / facility management services including but not limited to budget preparation, daily operation, routine repair and maintenance work, vendor management, incident management, health & safety, office administration and procurement
• Supervise a team of staff and service contractors to oversee the overall management of a commercial building
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, health and safety, and environmental standards
• Handle emergency incidents, inquiries and complaints from the customers and provide effective solutions
• Able to maintain good relationships with all internal and external customers
• Perform other ad hoc projects and tasks.
