Job summary

MTR Corporation Limited 香港鐵路有限公司 is looking for a maintenance supervisor to lead the workshop team and oversee day-to-day repairs at the MTR headquarters and other offices in Hong Kong. The role involves task allocation, rostering, people management, and safety oversight of maintenance work on building systems.

The candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant experience with supervisory responsibilities, a Grade A Electrical Worker registration or equivalent, and familiarity with AutoCAD.

• Lead and supervise the workshop team to allocate tasks and roster shifts.
• Ensure safe and efficient maintenance work across facilities.
• Demonstrate ownership to complete tasks to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the workshop team, including task allocation, duty rostering, people management, performance supervision, training to new joiners, equipment inspection schedules
• Carry out day-to-day maintenance and repair of the MTR headquarters building and other offices, including assisting in supervising contractors in carrying out maintenance work related to the building, central air-conditioning system, automatic control systems, water supply and drainage systems, fire protection systems, electrical and mechanical equipment, and general builders work
• Perform emergency repairs as required
