Job summary

Sun Chung Property Management Co Ltd in Hong Kong seeks a dedicated facilities supervisor to coordinate maintenance works across properties, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

You will conduct site inspections, monitor progress, manage contractors, and supervise frontline technical staff.

The role requires a degree in Building Services/Building Surveying/Electrical Engineering, 5+ years’ experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word & Excel, and fluent English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building Services/Building Surveying/Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Word and MS Excel
• Fluent in spoken & written English and Chinese
• Holder of Grade B registered electrical worker certificate an advantage
• Able to work under pressure

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage regular and emergency repair and maintenance works for properties
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and provide improvement recommendations
• Handle enquiries and complaints about maintenance works and provide solutions after investigation
• Manage contractors for works progress, quality and take-over inspections
• Supervise frontline technical staff on work allocation, repairing and maintenance tasks
• Execute corrective and planned maintenance of building facilities, building services equipment and systems
