Job summary

MTR Corporation Limited 香港鐵路有限公司 is seeking a capable supervisor to lead a multi-disciplinary trades team responsible for day-to-day maintenance and repair of building fabrics and services in residential properties managed by the Corporation.

The role requires coordinating schedules, ensuring safety compliance, and attending meetings with residents, developers and contractors to address technical inquiries.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Certificate in a related engineering discipline, preferably in Building Services.
• Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience gained in residential / commercial properties
• Solid experience in electrical and air-conditioning systems, building services systems and contractor management

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of multi-disciplinary Tradesmen for in-house and outsourced day-to-day maintenance and repair works of building fabrics and building services systems in the residential properties managed by the Corporation
• Coordinate with respective units on work schedules and commissioning to ensure compliance with the corporate safety requirements
• Attend meetings with residents, developers, contractors and the Owners' Committee meetings to address technical enquiries and issues
