Job summary

MTR Corporation Limited 香港鐵路有限公司 is seeking a Senior Project & Maintenance Manager - Property to lead a technical team overseeing operation, maintenance, alteration, refurbishment and renovation works for a portfolio of residential properties managed by the Corporation. The role focuses on safety, reliability, availability, and cost‑effectiveness.

Responsibilities include budgeting, setting standards, managing processes and ensuring high service levels to tenants/owners.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering / Building Surveying or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead a technical team of multi-discipline professionals in overseeing operation, maintenance, alteration, refurbishment and renovation works of a portfolio of the residential properties managed by the Corporation to ensure good performance on safety, reliability, availability and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage manpower deployment, setting of safety and quality standards, determination of budgets, establishment of management processes and upkeeping of good performance of building assets in order to support the delivery of excellent services to the tenants / owners.
