Job summary

Hongkong FCAA Company Limited is seeking an experienced Operation Manager / Store Manager for Premium Craft Beer Bar on Hong Kong Island. The role leads restaurant staff, oversees reservations, cleanliness, marketing, and guest satisfaction.

You will train new team members, resolve complaints, and implement ideas to optimize operations and revenue. Strong English and Chinese, event planning, and POS/TMS experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a restaurant group.
• Problem-solving mindset always
• Proficient in both spoken and written English, spoken Chinese
• Work with Kitchen, Reception, Bar and Floor teams for smooth operations
• Strong communication and guest-service orientation
• MS Office proficiency; experience with POS and TMS is preferred
• Experience/holder of Wines certificate is a plus
• Ability to plan, organize and execute corporate events

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager to supervise and manage restaurant staff.
• Train new team members as a trainer.
• Attend and resolve customers’ complaints.
• Provide constructive ideas to optimize operations and increase revenue.
• Ensure day-to-day operations, including reservations, cleanliness, and marketing, meet industry standards.
• Check with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and beverages.
• Delegate, supervise and control the work of subordinates.
• Ensure daily sales figures and other documentations are updated.
• Handle corporate events from scratch with planning and execution.
• Work with Kitchen, Reception, Bar and Floor teams to ensure smooth operations.
