Job summary

W Hong Kong is hiring a B&F Assistant Manager - Sales & Projects to drive beverage and food revenue across WOOBAR and KITCHEN. The role involves pursuing corporate and individual clients, travel agents, and event organizers, while building strong guest relationships.

The candidate should bring at least 5 years in related roles and a bachelor’s degree in hospitality or a related field, with fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin. Opera & POS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in hospitality or relevant discipline.
• 5 years of work experience in related positions.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Proficiency in Opera & POS system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate B&F revenue to WOOBAR & KITCHEN through multiple sales channels (corporate, travel agents, event organizers, individual patrons).
• Develop action plans and deploy actions to achieve sales targets under supervision of Director of Beverage & Food.
• Patrol and network with restaurant diners during meal periods to collect feedback and build relationships for return business.
