Job summary

Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong is seeking an F&B Assistant for Terrace Boulud to provide quality, guest‑oriented service within a luxury dining environment. You will support mise‑en‑place, guest engagement and seamless service under the Restaurant Manager.

Fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese are preferred, with hospitality experience in a luxury hotel. This role offers learning, development, and career growth within MO’s renowned F&B team and evolving dining concepts.

Qualifications

• English, Mandarin and Cantonese language skills are preferred.
• Experience in luxury hotel Food & Beverage is desirable.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare mise-en-place and maintain restaurant cleanliness.
• Deliver a delighted dining experience to guests.
• Provide seamless service and menu guidance with product knowledge.
• Greet guests professionally and assist with recommendations.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth service flow.
• Perform other duties as required by department head.
