Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong is seeking a Captain to join our Food & Beverage Service team. The Captain will provide quality service in a friendly, courteous manner and report to the Restaurant General Manager.

Responsibilities include mise-en-place, delivering a memorable dining experience, and guiding guests through menu choices with product knowledge. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, familiarity with bar service, and capable in English and Mandarin/Cantonese.

Qualifications

• Experience in Bar is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of spoken English and preferably Mandarin / Cantonese.

Responsabilités

• Prepare mise-en-place.
• Deliver a delighted dining experience to guests.
• Create special moments and provide seamless service with guests.
• Make recommendations on menu items with good product knowledge.
• Meet and greet guests in a professional manner.
• Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the restaurant.
