New Media Group HK is seeking a Business Strategy Manager to provide high-level planning and executive coordination for the CEO. You will drive key initiatives, manage cross-functional projects, and ensure timely execution aligned with priorities.

You will support senior leadership with schedules, briefing materials, reports, and presentations, while maintaining discretion and strong communication across internal and external stakeholders to advance strategic goals.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Management, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in business strategy, research, or project coordination supporting senior leadership.
• Strong project management, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and lead projects when needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.
• High discretion, integrity, and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of selected initiatives and lead them independently when required.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and company events with deadlines and deliverables.
• Support the CEO with schedules, meetings, communications, and priorities.
• Prepare briefing materials, meeting notes, and CEO presentations.
• Follow up with stakeholders to drive execution and resolve issues promptly.
