Job summary

WPP Media in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Manager, Clients to lead integrated media strategy and execution for a portfolio of client accounts. You will own client relationships, ensure exceptional service delivery, and drive strategic growth for both clients and the agency.

The role requires 5+ years in media planning, strong analytics, and fluency in English and Cantonese, with Mandarin for select portfolios. A hybrid office model is in place to balance collaboration and autonomy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in media planning, buying and client servicing.
• Strong understanding of traditional and new media platforms.
• Excellent client relationship, communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin for certain portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated media strategy, planning and execution for client portfolios.
• Manage end-to-end campaign implementation across platforms and partners.
• Oversee performance analysis, reports and ROI presentations.
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth and new ideas.
