Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong is seeking an experienced wine-focused hospitality professional to introduce wine menus and provide pairing recommendations with storytelling excellence. You will manage bar stock and collaborate with Marketing to drive revenue while maintaining Four Seasons’ service standards.

The role requires 3–4 years in Food & Beverage, with a diploma and active wine certifications, and fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Food & Beverage, Hospitality Management, or related fields with active wine certifications.
• 3–4 years of Food & Beverage experience; fine-dining experience preferred.
• Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Introduce wine menu and offer wine pairing service with exceptional storytelling to guests.
• Stock the wine, liqueurs, spirits, and drinks for the bar.
• Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to achieve revenue targets through upselling.
• Maintain professional served beverage experience in line with Four Seasons standards of excellence.
• Follow up constantly with guests' satisfaction with services and food quality.
• Perform any related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
