The Hong Kong Management Association invites applications for a position to develop and coordinate Management Education and Training programmes in Hong Kong. You will support accreditation exercises, implement programme administration procedures, and liaise with university faculty, working executives, lecturers, trainers and consultants.
Daily enquiries will be handled and support provided to students and participants.
Develop and co-ordinate Management Education and Training programmes, and provide support in programme accreditation exercise
Implement related programme administrative procedures; manage and updateprogramme/project websites to ensure accurate content
Liaise with university faculty, working executives, lecturers, trainers and consultants
Handle daily enquiries and provide support to students / training participants
Handle ad-hoc assignments or special projects and other administrative duties as required
Degree holder in any disciplines or equivalent
At least 1 year working experience, with relevant experience in tertiary education sector will be an advantage
Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, writing and presentation skills
Independent and highly motivated with strong initiatives and multi-tasking ability
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Immediate availability is preferred
Candidates with more experience would be considered for appointment as Senior Executive Officer
