Duties: The appointee will be responsible for operating the part‑time postgraduate programmes delivered in Hong Kong and Mainland. The major duty is to ensure smooth operation of the programmes, including but not limited to programme scheduling, teaching arrangement, coordination with the Mainland offices, maintaining student records and data management. He/She will also be required to prepare reports and documents including management reports, budget plan, work plan and various meeting plans, liaise with both internal and external parties and perform other duties as assigned by supervisor(s). Candidates may need to work outside normal office hours and on weekends.
Requirements: Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years’ relevant work experience. Prior experience in programme management is preferred. They should be service-oriented, detail‑minded, independent and able to work under pressure. Strong organisational, analytical, problem‑solving and supervisory skills, interpersonal and communication skills, and excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) are required.
Terms of Appointment: Salary placement will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The contract will normally be for 2 years with the possibility of renewal subject to review. A contract‑end gratuity (taxable) will be payable upon satisfactory completion of the contract.
