Job summary

Eagle Property Management (CP) Limited is seeking an Assistant General Manager - Office Leasing to lead leasing initiatives for Langham Place Office and Three Garden Road. You will steer marketing strategies, negotiate terms, and coordinate with property management and technical teams to ensure optimal occupancy and performance.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in Grade A office leasing in Hong Kong, a strong network with agents, and fluency in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Degree in Real Estate, Surveying, Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Minimum 15 years' experience in leasing and tenancy administration of Grade A office properties in Hong Kong.
• Proven experience with major developers in marketing and leasing of prime office developments is an advantage.
• Strong network with property agents across Kowloon and Hong Kong Island.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
• Self-motivated, proactive with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools and digital platforms is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the leasing and tenancy administration of Langham Place Office and Three Garden Road.
• Formulate and execute marketing and leasing strategies for office portfolios.
• Handle and manage all leasing and tenancy matters including enquiries, documentation and negotiations.
• Conduct market research and analyze vacancy and rental trends to support strategic decisions.
• Compile regular performance reports and provide insights to management.
• Coordinate with property management and technical teams on tenant-related matters.
• Provide coaching and guidance to team members.
• Prepare and manage budgets for rental income, tenancy fitting-out expenses, agency expenses, and marketing expenses.
• Develop and maintain relations with tenants, agents, and partners.
