Great Eagle Holdings Limited is seeking an accomplished Leasing Manager to oversee Langham Place Office and Three Garden Road. You will lead leasing strategies, manage tenancy matters, and monitor market trends to drive informed decisions.

The role requires a deep network with brokers, strong English and Chinese communication, and the ability to coordinate with cross‑functional teams. A senior, proactive leader with experience in Hong Kong Grade A offices is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Real Estate, Surveying, Marketing, or related fields.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in leasing and tenancy administration of Grade A office properties in Hong Kong.
• Proven experience with major developers in marketing and leasing of prime office developments.

Responsabilités

• Assist Head of Leasing to oversee the leasing of Langham Place Office and Three Garden Road.
• Handle and manage all leasing and tenancy matters including enquiries, tenancy admin, and negotiations.
• Conduct market research and analyze market movements, vacancy and rental trends.
• Compile regular reports on performance of the office leasing portfolio and provide insights to management.
• Coordinate with property management and technical teams on building and tenant-related matters.
• Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Prepare and manage budgets on rental income, tenancy fitting-out expenses, agency fees, and marketing expenses.
• Develop and maintain relationships with tenants, property agents, and business partners.
• Handle other ad hoc duties as assigned.
