Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific in Hong Kong is seeking a Leasing Sales professional to generate agency business in office leasing, nurture client relationships, and provide market insights. You will source leads, support marketing efforts, and participate in client meetings and site visits to drive deal flow.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in real estate or business development, holds an EAA license, and is fluent in English and Cantonese with Mandarin a plus. A collaborative team environment is offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Real Estate or related fields.
• Experience 1–3 years in real estate or business development/client service.
• EAA license holder is required/advantageous.
• Fluent English and Cantonese; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate agency business in leasing office properties with high service levels to corporate clients.
• Source market leads and generate creative leasing solutions for vendors/landlords and occupiers/tenants.
• Build a track record as a leading local market or cross-border player.
• Nurture client relationships and cultivate repeat business with proactive follow-up.
• Attend client meetings and accompany clients on site visits.
• Support marketing efforts with pitches, presentations and market reports.
• Assist in preparing offers to lease and related documents.
