Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead complex market initiatives, including low-touch/electronic trading programmes.
Design and implement automation strategies to increase low-touch flow.
Execute business expansion and monetisation opportunities.
Manage regulatory initiatives impacting equities and derivatives.
Establish strong governance frameworks across initiatives.
Optimise trading infrastructure and identify cost optimisation opportunities.
Embed governance, risk management, and controls across all programmes.
Drive process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
